If the Supremes had merely recognized that the lower court's well constructed evisceration of Mr. Trump's ludicrous claim of immunity from prosecution did not warrant further explanation or clarification, the former President's trial could have timely moved forward.
It is not if but when that is the crux of the problem
Let’s just hope that SCOTUS rules no immunity.
