("Alito's Inverted Flag Epitomizes the Ethics Crisis at the Court ")

Did it take an inverted flag for us to recognize the possibility that Justice Alito has a slight tilt toward the right?

Did we really need his wife's actions (that thumpety thump is the sound of the bus driven by the Justice running over his better half) to inform us that this member of the Supremes might not be disposed to throw the book at poor Donald for his antics regarding the clearly pilfered 2020 debacle of a fake election (isn't it somewhat ironic how much trouble we have seeing 2020)?

Wake up and smell the bias people. These conservatives are not subtle about their beliefs, aligning themselves with right wing think tanks, accepting benefits from those who are crystal clear about their desires and intentions to shape America in their vision, a vision in lock step with the direction this Court is taking us.

Mr. Alito is a flashing neon sign with his words. For us to be deeply offended by Martha-Ann's displaying an inverted flag and by Ginny Thomas taking dead aim at the past election results while their husbands blithely go about the business of ignoring precedent or any semblance of propriety while in full blown and unencumbered pursuit of their personal values, does us and this country no good.

We can huff and puff all we want but the Supreme Court under Alito and his cronies is broken. And they will be the last ones to try to fix it. 

We should just open our eyes and accept this one undeniable present reality: our flag, this court, is perpetually upside down.
