("Appeasing Donald Trump Won't Work")
Mr. Trump may be constitutionally disqualified from once more becoming President but he is not Constitutionally disqualified.
Having borne witness to the last eight years of his petulance, impetuousness, immorality, infidelity to the dictates and constraints of democracy and intention to destroy the very foundational principles of our nation, there can be no doubt that Donald Trump is intellectually, morally and emotionally unfit to be considered eligible for another term at the helm.
But the confounding issue here is that our controlling documents did not imagine a man of such manipulations being given serious contemplation for this post. And thus the gaping hole through which Mr. Trump now maneuvers with malice aforethought.
One of the more ludicrous possibilities is that Donald Trump could be elected President in 2024 without himself being eligible to vote in that election, should he be found guilty of a felony between now and when his ballot would otherwise be cast in Florida.
So while our forefathers spoke of founding a more perfect union, they created a document itself imperfect, allowing a most imperfect and impure man the freedom to run, not away from his most egregious transgressions, but towards, and in many ways, because of them.
It is very difficult at times to have the constitution to withstand this assault on everything we believe our country, and our President, should be. But what our Constitution does not deny, we are duty bound to allow.
It’s also utterly PREPOSTEROUS!!!
And sickening…
