Excuse me, is that the appropriate response to the continued profane comments Mr. Trump levels at Ms. Carroll from the comfort of a computer?

There is no sequestered jury here. While the court has certainly cautioned those sitting in judgment of Plaintiff and Defendant to close their ears and eyes when they leave the courthouse, Mr. Trump is betting his words will filter down to at least some.

Donald Trump will never take the stand in this trial, for he is a toxic waste dump, incapable of telling the truth or biting his tongue. No, his words will have to be heard from a distance, not subject to an adversary’s scrutiny or scorn.

I would like to be a fly on the wall when this “conversation" between defendant and counsel occurs. But it NEVER will.

Everything Mr. Trump touches turns into a mud wrestling match. This trial, as always with this man-child, is a test of how dirty it gets.
