It's like a game of Whac-A-Mole.

Going down the rabbit hole chasing after the latest Trumpian evil. Thinking it surely can't get any worse. Knowing it absolutely can.

This fall has seemingly seen the start of his precipitous decline littered with accusations of wrongdoing, election losses and guilty verdicts piling higher than an elephant's eye. But Mr. Trump has long proven that, to quote Samuel Clemens, rumors of his death are greatly exaggerated.

He has more political lives than a cat. And he would suggest that what doesn't kill him only makes him stronger.

So get ready for at least a few more "Wait, Wait, Don't Tell Me's" in the coming months. For if there is one thing we can count on from Donald Trump it is that you can always count on him to do the wrong thing.
