When did we become the Hatfields and McCoys, "the enemies from within?" When did this become our "uncivil war?"
Who could ever have imagined that a garbage collector, surrounding himself with the worst we have to offer, living every day of his existence at the lowest uncommon denominator, leaving a litany of transgressions in his wake longer than one of his endless "weaves", crude, rude and overflowing with moral turpitude, could once more be thisclose to capturing the crown? His elevation signifying our stupefying descent.
