A Man with Three Hips

So I was taking a walk around the block with my friend. We ran into a neighbor of his. After I was introduced to her, she told a story of how her husband had been injured recently in a fall, damaging his shoulder and his hip. "And this", she said "after 3 hip replacements."

"Your husband has 3 hips", I responded in astonishment.

And that is why my friend will not be introducing me to any more of his neighbors in the future.
