(“Trump lashes out after target letter from special counsel leading Jan. 6 probe”)
Pejoratives. He is the poet laureate of the cheap shot, the put down, his sanctimonious slings and arrows directed at the privates of those who dare make public accusation of his duplicitous inclinations.
And thus, as night follows day, so a Donald Trump tweet, replete with not so sweet somethings, arrives in response to his receipt of the latest missive advising him that soon he will read of some of his transgressions in the not so funny papers of an indictment.
And in language clearly befitting a man who has held the highest office in the land and hopes to soon reclaim the throne, Mr. Trump's takes dead aim at his accuser.
"Deranged Jack Smith" is the prosecutor who has the honor of being but the latest in a long, long line of those who have been described in not so dulcet tones by the crybaby king.
For a man who dare not attempt to rely on facts as shield, he has mastered the art of deflection by misdirection, turning a rich miscreant into a poor victim, his best defense in being as abusive and offensive as inhumanely possible.
Donald Trump is a broken record, a one trick pony, who still manages to manipulate and mesmerize those who swallow his swill.
A human pejorative.
Trump's tweets are the iceberg above the water. Below the surface, there are thousands of Trump supporters within the Republican Party and the Heritage Foundation ready to drastically enhance the powers of the Presidency, while gutting our democratic safeguards. --RE

So true.
